Return and Refund Policy
At Mirayae, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our demi-fine jewelry. We want you to love your new pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for your order. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (pouch, box, and any protective wraps).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Items Ineligible for Return
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings once the packaging has been opened.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
- Personalized/Custom Jewelry: Any pieces made-to-order or engraved.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at speindia2025@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged item and the packaging.
- An “Unboxing Video” is highly recommended to expedite your claim for damages during transit.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at speindia2025@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the item is defective or we sent the incorrect product.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
